This notice explains what information Flowst8 collects through this website, why we collect it, who handles it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

This website is run by the owner of Flowst8. We are responsible for the information you give us here. [To confirm: registered company name, number and address]

What we collect

When you request early access, we collect:

• your work email address
• the name of your company
• your role, if you choose to give it

We don’t ask for anything else. This website runs no analytics or advertising tracking of its own; what the Tally form itself sets is covered under “Who handles it” below.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to contact you about early access to Flowst8: to tell you when a place opens for your team and to arrange getting you started. We don’t sell your details or add you to unrelated marketing.

Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us (see “Your rights” below), and we’ll stop contacting you.

Who handles it

The early-access form is provided by Tally, an online form service. When you send the form, your details are stored in our Tally account and Tally processes them on our behalf. Tally has its own privacy policy, available on its website. Tally is Tally BV, registered in Belgium (enterprise number 0776.979.007), and stores form data on servers in the European Union.

The form is shown inside this page but loads from Tally, so Tally may receive technical information such as your browser type and IP address when it loads. When we checked in November 2026, the form set no cookies we could see, but it saved a few small items in your browser’s storage so it can keep your place in the form and recognise a repeat visit.

This website itself is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes standard server logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) to run and protect the site.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access requests until we have contacted you about getting started, and for no longer than 12 months after your request. If you become a customer, a separate agreement covers your data from then on.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email temiade017@gmail.com and we’ll reply within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
